Recipe: Cinnamon vegan cookies

In today’s article I will write a recipe for homemade vegan cinnamon mini cookies 🙂


  • 300g flour
  • 100 g ground coconut/brown sugar
  • 200 g vegan butter or Alsan
  • ¼ TSP salt
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • ¼ TSP sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 rice pudding approximately 50 g (or vegan yoghurt)
  • 2 TSP cinnamon
  • ¼ TSP vanilla

The butter must be removed from the refrigerator. Process all ingredients with hands-on a smooth mass. Put the mass in the foil and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Model the balls from the dough and put them in a muffin baking tray. Put some hazelnuts on the top. Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
