This snack/cake is sooo simple and sooooo delicious 😍
•400g of flour
•200g of powdered sugar (I blended coconut sugar in the mixer)
•3 TSP of baking powder
•1 flaxseed egg (1 TBSP of grounded linseeds mixed with 3 TBSP of warm water – let stand for 10 minutes)
•pinch of salt
•400ml of milk (I used oat milk)
•50ml of vegetable oil (I used coconut oil)
•250g of powdered sugar
•50g of cocoa
•150ml of milk (I used oat milk)
•50g of vegan butter (I used Naturli)
•250g of grounded coconut
Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add wet ingredients. On a baking sheet spread baking paper. Pour the mix on the baking sheet. Bake about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
In a small bowl mix all ingredients for chocolate dip and place over a saucepan of simmering water until it melts.
Cut chilled cake into small squares and dip them into the chocolate. Cover each square with coconut.
