Recipe: Banana bread


Many people don’t like banana bread. and the taste of banana in the sought. But I love it! I always wait for the bananas to ripen so I can bake my favourite banana bread.

•1 3/4 cups spelt flour
•1/3 cup coconut sugar
•2 teaspoons baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•pinch of mineral salt
•1/3 cup coconut oil
•3 large overripe bananas
•1/4 cup oat milk
•1/2 chopped nuts
•1/4 chocolate chips
•1 teaspoon cinnamon

In a bowl mash bananas and add oil and milk. Add the dry ingredients. Pour into a glass baking pan. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
