Recipe: Apricot bread


Today I want to share with you a very easy recipe for apricot cake/bread.

▪️2,5 cups of flour (I mixed oat flour with spelt flour)
▪️1 cup of sugar (You can use 1/2 cup if you don’t like very sweet cakes. I recommend coconut sugar or brown organic sugar.)
▪️1 teaspoon of baking powder
▪️1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (I added a bit more – about 1 full teaspoon.)
▪️pinch of salt
▪️3 drops of lemon essential oil (I am using Doterra essential oils – they are 100% safe to use internally.)
▪️100 ml of oil (I recommend coconut oil.)
▪️300 ml of milk (I used homemade oat milk.)
▪️1 flaxseed egg (Mix 1 spoon of grounded flaxseed with 3 spoons of warm water.)
▪️200 grams of apricots

Mix together dry ingredients. Add milk and oil. The last step is to add chopped apricots. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
